Disorderly Conduct Dissmissed In Okaloosa County

We were recently contacted by an individual that was here in Fort Walton Beach for the summer and was out partying with some friends during the Billy Bowlegs festival.

During the festival, he fell off a boat, and when the Fish and Wildlife officers swarmed in, they charged him with Disorderly Conduct (Breach of Peace).

He was facing 60 days in jail and a $500 fine and potentially the loss of a collegiate scholarship. We knew the charge was overblown and undeserved, so we dug in and fought back.

The case was dismissed at the first court date and will eventually be expunged.
